I’ve been sitting on this domain for years, doing absolutely nothing with it, which felt increasingly ridiculous every time I paid the renewal fee.1 So: a blog. Not a newsletter, not a brand extension, not another thing with a content calendar. Just a place to write about whatever’s actually going on.
Support Human still gets the CX brain. This gets the rest of it — crafting disasters, kid chaos, whatever I’m mad about on a given Tuesday, and yes, sometimes CX and tech too, when it doesn’t fit the newsletter’s shape.2
